Ranked PVP 101: How It Works

As Ranked PVP returns to The Machines Arena, the stakes are higher than ever. Climb the ranks to unlock exclusive rewards and top the global leaderboard. Here’s a breakdown of how the system works:

What is Ranked?

Ranked is a competitive PVP game mode that matches you with players of similar skill levels and proximity. Winning earns you points to advance on the global leaderboard, while losing deducts points. Points are calculated based on kills, damage, assists, healing, and other performance metrics.

How Many Ranks Are There?

There are 22 ranks across 8 divisions.

What Can I Earn in Ranked?

During Beta Season 3, anyone who reaches Silver rank can unlock the Riot: Sandbrushed skin, which will become mintable on the Ronin Network after the season ends. Additionally, Ranked matches award more account XP than Quickplay matches.

In the future, there will be more rewards offered through Season Passes and other features.

How Can I Find Players for Ranked Matches?

The best way to find teammates is on our Discord server through channels like #tma-pvp and #looking-for-group.

We also host Ranked Weekends where players are incentivized to join Ranked matches. Keep an eye on our Discord or X/Twitter for announcements.

Are There More Skins Earnable Through Gameplay?

Yes! Skins are divided into Loyalty Rewards and Beta Rewards:

  • Loyalty Rewards are for players who supported the game in early stages (Alpha or Beta Seasons).
  • Beta Rewards are earned by leveling up during the Closed Beta.

  • 🎁 Riot: Sandbrushed — For players who reached Silver rank in Ranked PVP during Beta Season 3.
  • 🎁 Daye: Chrome — For content creators who signed up to our program.
